Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Jewelry with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: Email us at contact@amaryz.com and include the word "return" and your order number.
Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
Drop-off: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any designated shipping location.
Refunds:
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exclusions: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
