AMARYZ Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMARYZ. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Jewelry with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted for return.

Return Process:

  • Initiate Return: Email us at contact@amaryz.com and include the word "return" and your order number.
  • Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  • Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Drop-off: Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any designated shipping location.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Exclusions: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • How to Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, email our customer service at contact@amaryz.com with details of the item you want to exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.
  • Size Assistance: If you have difficulty deciding on the right size, please reference our Your Size Page for guidance.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
